Today I want you to keep this in mind... STAL: Stop Talking and Listen
Whenever you find yourself in the company of others, just take a step back, sit quietly and listen to what they are saying.. jot down a note on a paper or keep a note on your phone of things that you thought while they were talking... hold back from commenting and giving judgement
People will perceive your silence as change, and will eventually ask what you think. Use half the words you normally use, do not conclude, but leave time for yourself to form an opinion STAL is a brilliant tactic to be wise and respected.
