[8/1/2023, 20:49] Mark: Beauty is everywhere for those looking for it...

[8/3/2023, 11:01] Mark: Life will give you what you ask of it. The greater the expectations the greater life becomes

[8/4/2023, 22:48] Mark: Everything is in God's hands, down to the tiniest details...

Gratitude is our part.

[8/5/2023, 11:29] Mark: Intense discipline produces exceptional performance.

[8/6/2023, 16:26] Mark: Even the tiniest effort to do good is better than no effort at all.

[8/7/2023, 08:17] Mark: Being kind costs nothing more than a moment... But creates an eternal impact

[8/8/2023, 08:52] Mark: We create the life we live by the things we think about.

[8/9/2023, 09:03] Mark: Managing your expectations leads to greater peace

[8/10/2023, 10:28] Mark: Some challenges are never going to go away... So we must then answer the question, how can we re-script our thinking in order to start seeing the challenge differently?

Perhaps it will then become an opportunity!

[8/12/2023, 08:46] Mark: Where you focus is where you will see results. If you want to know what you have been focused on, just take a long look in the mirror...

[8/13/2023, 15:28] Mark: Working with a clear objective is sweet and rewarding... Eliminate distractions

[8/14/2023, 09:31] Mark: Dreams without action are daydreams

[8/14/2023, 10:02] Mark: The only bad question is the one you don't ask

[8/15/2023, 22:09] Mark: You can't wait until life isn't hard anymore before you decide to be happy

[8/16/2023, 09:00] Mark: Everything is in God's hands

[8/17/2023, 18:37] Mark: Our minds are too small to understand how great is God... For however much you can imagine.. it's just not big enough...

[8/18/2023, 07:43] Mark: Life is both silent and persistent... It is us who change it's course...

In peacefulness and reflection we can take control and command our actions to follow our will.

[8/19/2023, 09:37] Mark: You first think it...

Then feel it...

Then it becomes.

So stand guard over your thoughts and take care over the ones you want to see grow

[8/20/2023, 12:24] Mark: 80,000....

Eighty Thousand....

That's a massive number...

That's the number of thoughts you have flowing through your brain every single day...

With that many, how do you differentiate between the useful ones and all the others?

Train yourself to listen to your own intuition.

Breathe deeply and be present in the moment - just five deep breaths will center you.

Now, what do you want to think about?

It really depends upon what you want to see happen in your life doesn't it?

So decide where life must go for you, then take the time to think about the journey ahead.

Center yourself and breathe...

Catch a thought.... one of the 80,000!

[8/21/2023, 18:21] Mark: Learn to do what is needed, joyfully!

[8/22/2023, 18:52] Mark: Massive force creates massive change ..

If it's not what you want .. crank it up!

[8/23/2023, 21:25] Mark: What bothers you today will be forgotten in a while...

Let it go...

If you can't, take massive action

[8/24/2023, 11:32] Mark: Strength comes from increasing the amount of weight we lift.

[8/26/2023, 05:42] Mark: Staying focused is a discipline of the mind.

[8/26/2023, 22:33] Mark: Of all the things in this world, none of them are of any value, for we all leave everything behind...

Connecting in spirit is of eternal value...

[8/27/2023, 08:39] Mark: Happiness is a consequence of living right

[8/28/2023, 11:21] Mark: Expecting perfection will only ever lead to disappointment...

Striving for excellence is a brilliant journey because it recognizes that we can always get better.

You choose!

[8/30/2023, 10:39] Mark: To be consistent is one of life's greatest challenges...

Intermittent is a in a distant second place.

[8/30/2023, 10:49] Mark: LIFE - A journey from complexity to simplicity

The challenge of life: survival

Progression of life: living

The Beauty of life: singularity of purpose

[8/31/2023, 19:32] Mark: Speaking the truth may be uncomfortable, but it will set you free
